Interest & Activities
From December 2008 I work for Squadra Corse of Polythecnic of Turin. My activities in this team is like developer and analyst developer for telemetric and comunication system for a race car (formula SAE). In addition I work on Hardware design and analysis in wireless link and data storing on SD Card using self-designed File Allocation Table (FAT)
I love CPU-based system because I have an electronic soul but actually my interest is on server-based system and networks software using different types of security implementation, for example asymmetric cryptography using elliptic curves in particoular I have worked on this task for Squadra Corse - comunication system x509 certificates using SHA1 with ECDSA but in principal the team work with classical x509 using SHA1 with RSA but this part of project is rejected because is not useful. In addition I work in Java on Elliptic curves in a project for design and develop the Vanet Simulator (Vehicular Ad-hoc Network Simulator) for simulate message exchanging between vehicles on 802.11 wireless system.
I am interested to third party software implementation and tipically use paradigm: If someone reinvents the wheel, they waste their time doing something that has already been done by other people, when they could be doing something more worthwhile.
In this section I want to underline that in April 2008 I worked for A.I.T.F.R. (www.aitfr.com) and I have base their CMS on wordpress architecture but for particoular specification I have modified core structure of wordpress and adding my-self designed plugin for that architecture.
At the end of April 2008 I wrote a WDM-News plugin for Wordpress and I sent it to Wordpress staff and they accepted and stored it in their server, that plugin it’s on http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wdm-news/ (project page)
In May 2008 I wrote anther plugin for interact with Google Calendar and Wordpress and I re-sent it to Wordpress staff. This plugin is now on their server at page: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-calendar-plugin/
In August 2008 I start anther project named temperature for collect and rappresent wheater information on web site and develop java software for interact with data using web service (XML RPC). In principal this project was born for collecting data with self-designed electronic board and rappresent data on web-server and interact with java software but at this time this system is not complete, the data are collected and rappresent but the electronic board is not complete for timing problem with universitary and job commitment.
In september 2008 I work on jQuery framework I develop a plugin for date rappresentation and I publish it on jQuery repository. You can see it at: http://plugins.jquery.com/project/dateNormalizer
